Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM PST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options for domestic orders:
- Standard Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external shipping conditions.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and the destination address. All orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor your package’s journey to your doorstep.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship within the United States. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses at this time.
Delayed or Lost Shipments

Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged item or notice any items missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. Provide your order number and photos of any damage to help us resolve the issue promptly.
